This is for the hands on couple! You have planned everything but as you get closer to your big day you need professional assistance to hand everything over to and help you put all your pieces together. You have booked all your vendors and have all your decor elements but you understand the need to hand everything over. Heart and Sol will handle vendor communication starting 60 days prior, logistics, and make sure you, your family and your guests have an unforgettable day. Let us orchestrate the many details and logistics so that you can enjoy the final weeks of the planning process and most importantly, your event day. Dance the night away with your loved ones and be a guest at your own wedding!

✓ Creation of timeline planning and management
✓ Vendor and venue confirmation 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding
✓ Vendor confirmation again at 48 hours prior to the wedding
✓ Visit ceremony location and reception location prior to wedding date.
✓ Day of wedding coordination (Up to 10 Hours) - Additional hours available
✓ Deliver vendor final payments and tips on the day of wedding
✓ Distribution of wedding day timelines to vendors
✓ Reception strike down of personal items
✓ Set up and organize escort cards, guest book, dessert table, table numbers and menu cards, candles, guest favors at individual seats, signs, gift table etc.
✓ Direct and conduct wedding rehearsal: 1 hour at wedding ceremony location
✓ Orchestrate and execute the wedding ceremony
✓ Organize the wedding party line up
✓ Point of contact for all deliveries, vendor arrivals, wedding parties and family
✓ Be there for the couple as their personal wedding day assistant
✓ Make sure reception flowers and other decor are set up according to plan
✓ Double check ALL vendors have arrived
✓ Look over dining tables and make sure they are set up properly as clients requested with appropriate place settings

This package begins 8-10 months prior to your wedding. Let's really get to know each other! Together we will build your team of vendors and piece together all of the details of your wedding day. This package is for the couple who has an idea of what they want, and have started the booking and vendor management process. However, can’t seem to put your finger on where in the planning process to start putting everything together. Heart and Sol will help bring your vision to life. Paired with wedding coordination, it's the best way to get that seamless event! Your unforgettable day is very important to us and we want to help you navigate all the details and logistics so that you and your family are stress free, organized, and ready to dance the night away with your loved ones at your seamless event. Be a guest at your own wedding!
